Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including training, development, and performance management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows to improve productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage order processing.
• Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling transportation and managing freight costs.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery as needed.
